§ Section II
How it runs.

How it works.

01.

You identify the people

After purchase, you identify your core team: sponsor, project leader, IT, and your primary vendor if one’s involved, plus the managers of each affected area. Each manager nominates 3–5 frontline people, and we draw from that pool at random.

02.

We conduct the interviews

All ten participants receive invitations: your core team, the managers, and the drawn frontline. Each has a 45–60 minute confidential conversation, scheduled at their convenience.

03.

We analyze what’s really happening

We identify the patterns causing your problems by comparing what your executive, management, and frontline levels each describe, and reading the gaps between them.

04.

You get your roadmap

Within 24 hours of the final interview, you receive your action roadmap as a downloadable PDF.

§ Section III
The deliverable.

Your action roadmap.

What’s causing this

Discover the specific human dynamics patterns active in your project and how they’re making things worse.

Where the gaps are

See where your executive, management, and frontline levels describe the same project differently. The gaps are where the truth lives.

What to fix first

Problems surfaced will be ranked by severity, with the critical path showing which issues to address before others.

Exactly what to do

Specific corrective actions organized by timeline. Each action includes what to do, why it matters, who should own it, and how to implement it.

§ Section IV
What makes it different.

Why this works.

People won’t tell you the truth. Not because they’re dishonest, but because it’s not safe.

They know what you want to hear. They know who has power. They know what happens to people who raise concerns.

The platform creates a confidential space where people can be honest. It adapts in real-time, detects hesitation, follows up on vague answers, and asks questions people won’t ask themselves.

All participants remain completely anonymous in the report. No names, no roles, no quotes.

This surfaces the real issues. The unspoken tensions. The political undercurrents. The gaps between what people say publicly and what they believe privately.

The contrast
Survey

Anonymous, but generic. Click answers. No follow-up. Misses everything around the words.

Internal interview

Personal, but unsafe. People manage their answers around perceived risk.

Pulse Check

Confidential AI conversation. Adaptive. Anonymous by design. Five layers of analysis, every interview.

§ Section V
What buyers ask.

Common questions.

How long does this take?

Timing depends entirely on how quickly your ten participants book their interviews. Your roadmap lands within 24 hours of the final interview.

Can I choose which people are interviewed?

You identify your core team: sponsor, project leader, IT, and your primary vendor if one’s involved, plus the managers of every affected area. Each manager then nominates 3–5 frontline people, and we draw from that pool at random to reach ten interviews in all. You don’t pick who’s drawn, and that’s the point: anonymity is what gets you honest answers.

What if someone doesn’t complete their interview?

If a management participant doesn’t respond, we notify you. If a frontline email bounces or they don’t respond, we automatically select an alternate from your pool.

What if I disagree with the findings?

First, the report isn’t a transcript of what people said. It’s analysis. We weigh all ten interviews against each other and against twenty-five years of pattern data, then surface the dynamics that hold up across the evidence, not any one person’s opinion.

So a finding that surprises you is worth a second look, not a reason to set it aside. A gap between what you see and what the analysis shows usually means the picture reaching you differs from the one your team is living day to day, and that blind spot is often where projects quietly go wrong. The roadmap gives you specific, concrete ways to pressure-test it for yourself.

What if I change my mind?

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your first interview, done yourself from your progress page, no email required. Once the interviews begin, the work is underway and sales are final. And if a technical failure on our side ever prevents delivery, we refund in full.

Can I do this myself?

The challenge isn’t conducting interviews… it’s knowing what questions to ask, how to spot patterns across answers, and how to distinguish symptoms from root causes. That comes from 25 years of walking into failing projects. The AI is trained on that experience. Without it, you’re likely to miss what matters most.
